Holiday Pay. After 650 hours working with us, you will receive holiday pay on a pro-rated basis, provided you work on the days immediately prior to and after the holiday. NPSS observes the following official holidays:

Candidate Referral Bonus. For every candidate you refer that we put on assignment, we will give you a $25 gift certificate to the retail store of your choice.
Client Referral Bonus. For every organization you refer that places an order for our services, we will give you a $100 gift certificate to the retail store of your choice.
Direct Deposit. Nonprofit Staffing Solutions is pleased to offer this safe, secure and convenient way for you to have your weekly paycheck deposited into the account of your choice.
Medical Benefits. We offer you a choice of medical and dental plans. This voluntary, employee-paid benefit is managed by a third party insurance agency.
Annual Leave. If you work at least 1,000 hours in a calendar year, you are eligible for up to three days of paid annual leave in that same year.
Bereavement Leave. In case of a death in your immediate family (spouse, child, step-child, parent, sibling, in-law or grandparent), Nonprofit Staffing Solutions provides up to two days off with pay.
Pre-Tax Transportation Program. As a temporary employee who has worked at least 1,000 hours with us, you may deduct pre-tax benefits toward the cost of public transportation, and/or the cost of parking each month.
Professional Development. From time to time, Nonprofit Staffing Solutions offers job-related training programs, seminars and/or workshops for its staff.
