- Annual Leave. If you work at least 1,000 hours in a calendar year, you are eligible for up to three days of paid annual leave in that same year.
- Bereavement Leave. In case of a death in your immediate family (spouse, child, step-child, parent, sibling, in-law or grandparent), Nonprofit Staffing Solutions provides up to two days off with pay.
- Pre-Tax Transportation Program. As a temporary employee who has worked at least 1,000 hours with us, you may deduct pre-tax benefits toward the cost of public transportation, and/or the cost of parking each month.
- Professional Development. From time to time, Nonprofit Staffing Solutions offers job-related training programs, seminars and/or workshops for its staff.
